My Work Experience

During the holiday, I went to my father’s company to work with the workers for one week. After the work, I learn many things from this meaning experience, No matter how tired , dirty…..I try my best to learn, so that I did not regret to join with many worker, I have the same perspiration with them, I eat with them together, at the noon I have a break with them to sleep on the floor. Maybe in our sight, every new thing was curious ,and you will do it carefully at first time.After many years, if you can do as the same well as your first time with curiosity, at that time, you are a real winner.

This time, I did not choose a easy work. At first, I father let me work in the office to study with a technicist. But I refuse to my father. so I demand to go the workshop . Because after a I saw the worker’s hands were all black. They were too dirty that it is hard to clean. Maybe they need a brush to wash. I get a company uniform from the chairman of the workshop, and began to work. The chairman arrange me to the installation department. It meaned we need to have a installation with many small spare parts the to form a forced draft fan ( the shape of the forced draft fan is the same as the fan we used in the summer, forced draft fan is a large industry machine. You can see it in the kitchen of the big hotel, the main effect is exhaust and ventilation) Because the fan’s shape is like a snail, so we need to assemble inside the fan. It is so hard, we need to squat on the floor, maybe for one or more hours. Sometimes , we also use the rasping machine to let the spare parts more precise.It is so noisy that you can not heard the people’s talking. After a fan finished, when to stand up I got charley horse in my legs, and my two hands were too dirty that I can not touch anything clean. In my mind, to finish one fan is a big victory, but maybe they will install dozens of fans a day. That time, I real experience how the parents make money. I asked my master worker, they will work for more than ten hours,but their monthly pay are several hundreds RMB.

After five years, I will be on society too. Maybe I will be a worker and work for Canada. At that time, I will remind when I was in senior high school, I had a very memorable experiment. This let me realize, make money is not play. You should pay out your sweats and tears . Make money is also your duty. We should look after yourselves and your close relatives. When I went to the university, if I study about industry, I think will have a good foundatio , because I ever have a practice by myself . Study hard for future’s happy day.
